Refund policy


We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. If you have taken it out of the original packaging and the colour is mismatched, please carefully place it back in the original packaging and please e-mail us at info@instylehairforbrides.com.au to initiate your return and credit/refund and we will be more than happy to assist you further.
Any bonding tags cut will void returns and exchanges.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale / discounted items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@instylehairforbrides.com.au and send your item to Instyle Hair for Brides, 28a Simone Street, Kilmore, VIC, Australia, 3764.

To return your product, you should email us at info@instylehairforbrides.com.au for our return address or call Head office on 0422 327 176.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Covid Refund Policy 

With the pandemic situation continuing to evolve, it is difficult to make a decision on whether or not, or how, to plan that wedding that you have been wanting for a while. I would like you to know that the team here at Instyle Hair for Brides will work with you alongside this planning journey.

Certainty is important at this uncertain time. This is why we have updated our refund and rescheduling policy that will specifically apply to bookings affected by the COVID-19 health crisis.

If your wedding cannot proceed due to government health orders (including gathering restrictions on your date), we will reschedule your booking to a date where we are available and that the wedding can finally be held - with no limit on a time period.

If there are no government health orders in place on your chosen wedding date, or any government health orders in place do not restrict your wedding from proceeding, but you would like to postpone, reduce booking numbers or move your booking due to other COVID-related reasons (such as family members are not able to attend due to travel restrictions):

- We will provide a credit transfer to a new date and arrange new stylists who are available (less $50 admin fee)

- We do not provide refunds however we will apply the credit for future services. Credits can also be transferred as a gift to someone else.

- All Terms and Conditions will still apply. This can be found above.

- Any requested date change will be subject to your trial stylists availability otherwise a new stylist of the same skill level will be allocated to you.

Our COVID-19 refund and rescheduling policy goes above statutory requirements and we are confident that it offers you more protection and certainty than many suppliers in the industry in response to COVID-19, which often allows a rescheduling to a date only within 12 months.
